Valeria D'Errico is a Materials Engineer, currently employed as PhD Student at Center for Biomolecular Nanotechnologies - Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (CBN@UniLe) on behalf of Università del Salento (Lecce, Italy).

After a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering (2020), she graduated in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology (2023) disserting a thesis on enhanced-hydrophobicity ethyl cellulose films.

Her PhD studies focus on the processing of piezoelectric biopolymers aimed to the development of flexible and wearable sensors.
