About

My current research focuses on the development of a multi-element, phased-array Focused Ultrasound (FUS) transducer for neuromodulation applications in macaque models.

I am responsible for both the numerical simulations required to design and optimize the FUS transducer, as well as free-water and ex-vivo measurements to characterize its performance.

I  am also interested in investigating brain connectivity within the performance and error monitoring networks in immersive virtual reality (IVR) environments combined with simultaneous electroencephalography (EEG) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

Additionally, I am conducting methodological studies applying multiverse analysis to better  understand how interpersonal physiological synchrony (IPS) can be accurately computed across different correlation techniques.

Currently, I  am supervising a project aimed at developing an integrated, plug-and-play platform capable of synchronizing multiple neuroscientific  devices. The goal is to provide researchers with a reliable and robust system for conducting experiments involving electrophysiological recordings and brain stimulation with maximum precision.
